What Property Owners Should Know About Pricing
Understanding the Difference Between Sale Price vs. Market Value
-
An estimate of Market Value can be determined by either licensed or unlicensed individuals; only a certified or licensed appraiser professional can perform property appraisals
-
The sale price of a property does not always reflect Market Value pricing. A market value sale must adhere to important criteria and conditions
