Blake Childs has held an appraisal license since 1992 and has appraised residential real estate in the Southern California region from most of the time elapsed since license issuance. In addition to real estate appraisal, Blake has also held positions in accounting and finance, banking and credit services and securities analysis.
Blake’s appraisal practice is a one-man shop that resides in the Corona del Mar district of the City of Newport Beach. The business names Blake Childs Appraisal and Coast Residential Appraisal both refer to Blake’s appraisal practice.
On a more personal note, Blake enjoys ocean-related recreation, especially surfing and bodysurfing, and biking and tennis in his spare time.
